What happens in your QHHT session?


The Quantum Healing Hypnosis session comprises of three parts;


  • Interview
  • Regression
  • Debrief


Interview

Your session begins with a relaxed conversation we call the interview. This is where we will discuss your background, goals and reasons for the session. We will also talk about any specific areas you would like to explore. For example ; family challenges, work related issues or any other reasons your have sought clarification on. Then at the end of that discussion we will review your prepared questions to ensure we are fully informed before starting the session.


Regression

You will then be guided into a deeply relaxed state, allow for your conscious mind to quiet and your subconscious to come forward. I will facilitate a conversation with your Higher Self to gain information, guidance and healing if required. Your role is to relax, stay open and share whatever comes up. I do my best to create a safe space and ask the appropriate questions to help you get the most from your session. 


Debrief

After the regression, together we will review your experience. I will answer any of your questions and help you process the newly gained insights. The session is always recorded I will provide you with access to the recording which I encourage you to listen to, to gain further clarity and healing. 


Duration of  session

Including the interview and the debrief, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique sessions run typically from 4-6 hours.


The purpose of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique


The primary goal of QHHT is to address physical, emotional and spiritual concerns by:

  • Uncovering the root causes of issues
  • Exploring past life experiences
  • Accessing your inner wisdom


By understanding past lives or existences and connecting with your Higher Self, it is possible to;

  • Heal unresolved traumas
  • Gain insight and get clarity into any current life challenges
  • Get access to your inner resources for personal growth and healing.



How to prepare for your QHHT session


Practice Visualisation

Visualisation and meditation are very effective for calming the mind, relaxing the body and also allows for accessing the subconscious.  A good way to start is by using guided meditations and visualisation to help train your conscious mind for the session.


Write your Life Questions for the Subconscious

Start making a list of your questions for your subconscious to set your intentions for the hypnosis session. No question is off limits. Remember your subconscious or higher self knows everything about you, so write down what every you would like to know.


Avoid Caffeine and Alcohol 

Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours before your session as these drinks can effect your nervous system making it harder for you to fully relax.


Eat a good breakfast

Eat a healthy breakfast the morning of your session. Ensure there is a protein and healthy fats components to keep you satisfied longer as sessions can run 4-6 hours.

Who is Dolores Cannon?

Dolores Cannon was a pioneering hypnotherapist, author and public speaker who developed the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). Dolores specialised in past life regression and metaphysical concepts. Dolores shared her insights in her many books and DVD's.


Dolores's work mainly focused on healing, spirituality and the subconscious mind drawing  information from thousands of QHHT sessions she conducted.


Dolores has left an amazing legacy to train QHHT practitioners world wide. Although Dolores is no longer directly with us, her daughter Julia has continued her work and ensures that QHHT practitioners follow the strict protocols to give their client's the best possible outcomes.
